We import, purchase or order car/vehicle from the USA, Canada, Korea, Japan, UAE (Dubai) and Europe. Car /vehicle arrives at the port of discharge between 30 and 90 days depending on the country of importation.

1. We guide you on the type of car/vehicle you would need per your budget.

2. Acceptance of the estimated budget by the potential buyer including our commission per the transaction.

3. Car/vehicle is searched and pictures with history on the selected cars are forwarded to clients/ buyer.

4. We go ahead to bid or buy the car/vehicle.

5. The winning bid amount, the auction charges and freight/shipment costs must be paid immediately the bid is won.

6. We arrange for the car/ vehicle to be picked up from the auction location to the warehouse or port of loading or where applicable.

7. Shipment tracking details are forwarded to the client/buyer to enable the buyer track his or her container/vessel.

8. Between 2 and 3 weeks before the vessel/container or car arrives, the estimated duty and port clearing charges are made available to us to begin the clearing process.

9. After clearance of the car/vehicle from the port of discharge, the client/buyer shall make available the agreed commission, if there is any repair work(s), spraying and electrical issue on the car, we help in providing the buyer the best of professional to get it fixed at the cost of buyer/client.
